SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges are based on the weight and destination of an order. Items are shipped by UPS to arrive within five business days of our receiving your order. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. All orders must be shipped by designated carrier service and deliveries will require signature for release
All in stock orders are usually processed within 36-48 business hours. If we are out of stock on an item, we will hold the entire order until the item(s) have been received. Customers are notified by email of back ordered item(s). Customers must contact us by email (customerservice@argent47.com) or call 1-908-754-9279 to cancel back order.
Items cannot currently be shipped to a P.O. Box.
Our website automatically calculates UPS shipping charges to the 48 contiguous states in the US only. Orders that need to be shipped outside of the 48 contiguous states will require special shipping arrangements to be made in advance. Please Email Us at customerservice@argent47.com before placing an order for these estimated shipping costs.
All orders are reviewed prior to shipment. Title of all ordered products is passed to the buyer upon acceptance by shipper or carrier. Damage sustained during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier; therefore all claims for losses or damages occurring during shipping must be filed with the carrier by the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all delivered products prior to signing and accepting shipment to ensure products are as ordered and represented. After signing and accepting the delivery, the product(s) is deemed acceptable by the buyer and any return charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

BACK ORDER POLICY
We will ship your back order with NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES as soon as the product becomes available, typically within 7-10 business days. Since we ship factory direct, there is no way for us to know at any given time, what may, or may not be on back order; therefore, at the time you place your order, all items are charged.
Back ordered products are paid for at the time your order is placed and are sent via UPS. Backorders will be maintained for 30 days. Back orders change from hour to hour; therefore, there is no way for us to know in advance when a product may be out of stock or exactly how long it is going to be unavailable
